- Responsible for Maintain Ex-Factory Cost with accuracy and variance reports to work out the effectiveness of organization resources. Creating feasibilities for critical decisions and highlight abnormalities and weakness in process and its timely correction.
- Prepare material cost of all active SKUs based on latest available prices in system with detailed variance analysis to maintain accuracy of material cost
- Preparation of SKU wise Ex-Factory Cost with variance analysis
- Preparation of all three factories budget.
- Preparation of feasibilities.
- Preparation of periodic purchase price variance report
- Preparation of actual vs. standard of all OH costs (over 50 shop floors / department in three manufacturing plants).
- Calculation and update of Resource & Over Head rates in oracle
- Periodically analyze obsolete inventories at manufacturing plant and investigate reasons
