DCS is seeking a SEO Team Lead to join our team in our Islamabad office for our multiple websites.
- Drive the SEO strategy and tactical plan for assigned projects
- The candidate must familiar with Google recent updated algorithms specifically related to the healthcare sector
- Develop on-site and off-site SEO strategies to drive qualified traffic and lead.
- Create a technical roadmap to address crawlability challenges, and bring site in-line with SEO best practices
- Identify KPIs that need to be tracked in order to gauge the health of the SEO program and the success of various tests and initiatives.
- Own and manage all reporting associated with the SEO
- Implement content strategies that align with the Cosmetic Surgeries interested audience, with the goal of increasing awareness and driving traffic respective websites.
- Play an advisory role to IT team, ensuing SEO best practices and recommendations are incorporated into site structure, blog, etc.
- Work with IT team to prioritize and implement projects focused on quick wins and long-term strategies
- Develop and implement a link-building plan to increase website authority
- Initiate and champion new ideas and testing plans
- Research, analyze and monitor market trends, benchmarks, and competitive environment
- Collaborate with internal teams including Marketing, SEM, Social, and PR to develop and execute SEO strategies
- Effectively communicate SEO results and recommendations to executive management.
