Administer all export of goods to meet export targets and ensure compliance to all organizational policies and procedures.
Design and implement all export strategies and activities and ensure compliance to all state and federal regulations.
Prepare all export documents within required timeframe and schedule efficient shipping activities and identify appropriate transportation method.
Design export objectives and strategies according to customer requirements.
Monitor all existing and prospective markets in Asia, Middle East, Africa and Europe and identify appropriate business opportunities
Develop and maintain professional relationships with all agents / clients and assist in shipment of warehouse products.
Prepare effective business plan to achieve required product volume and organize all market plans to suit customer requirements.
Review customer response against all orders and payments and resolve all customer issues.
Ensure smooth functioning of processes and forecast all requirements.
Administer all existing clients and ensure optimal level of marketing strategies and optimal level of customer satisfaction and identify new markets.
Manage all banking logistics for export activities and prepare required documents, ensure adherence to all shipping schedule.
An excellent communication skill in English is a must.
