Description

Manage the projects according to the contract agreements.
Quote reference as per contract agreement.
Implementation of Daily Progress Report of the project.
Check Daily Progress Report and inform to reporting In charge
Correspondence with consultant and Client.
Material updates
Will put up recommendations to improve the progress and enhance the output of the plant equipment and machinery to the Senior P.C. / Reporting In charge.
Will resolve the issues if any between the client and consultant.
Weekly progress report and forward to Senior P.C / Reporting In charge.
Will visit the project sites as and when required
Physically monitoring at Site accordance to Plan.
Check Material at Site and resolve shortage issue.
Reconciliation of Material / Vendor bills etc.
Physically verification of Material at Site.
Project Coordinator will ask the Site engineer. / Q.S to provide weekly Project / Site Execution Plan.
Implementation the Execution Plan, thereby ensuring the smooth running of activities.
Implementation of site monitoring report.
Obey Task given by Management time to time.
