Ensure that every subordinate works as per defined JD’s.
Processing site demands as per SOP, by verifying actual work done Vs required demand.Processing of Labor/Vendor bills as per SOP. Do physical verification at site. Prepare comparison drawing Vs Actual.
Provide Shop drawings for every activity to site/concerned foremen.
Processing of P/C bills and recommending the payments as per site requirement, by safe guarding the interests of DES i.e verifying the Quantity and Quality, never pay undone quantities, or duplicate and keep payments on credits.
Processing of Vendor bills by verifying the Quantity and Quality.
Preparing Bills for payment to DES regularly as per site requirement but minimum once a month, as per standard practice of the client. Ensuring all the details & supporting of bill.
Following the submitted IPC of site and get the approvals for payment in efficient way.
Ensure the material to be used strictly as per Design requirement, and no material is wasted or used extra than the paid item.
Processing of Vendor / Supplier bills by verifying the Quantity and Quality.
Implementation of site monitoring report.
Verifying every bill and expense.
