Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor projects throughout the entire execution to ensure standards of scope, budget and timeline are being met
- Develop project plans that combine client requirements with company goals
- Determine and define clear deliverables, roles, and responsibilities for team members
- Coordinate with relevant team members through all project phases
- Oversee the implementation of projects improvements
- Oversee acquisition of resources and materials as needed for projects
- Prepare progress reports weekly/monthly for senior management
- Collaboration with Clients
Requirements:
- Degree in, Computer Science or a related field
- Demonstrated understanding of Project Management processes, strategies, and methods
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Extensive leadership experience and strong teaming abilities
- Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Demonstrated understanding of Project Management processes, strategies, and methods
- Experience mentoring, coaching, and developing rising talent in the technology department
- Excellent time management and organizational skills and experience establishing guidelines in these areas for others
- Strong sense of personal accountability regarding decision-making and supervising department teams
- Experience working in a high-level collaborative environment and promoting a teamwork mentality
- Managerial experience applying analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to predict challenges and seek to proactively head off obstacles
- Build close relationships & Liaison with clients.
- Manage, monitor, and motivate the cross-functional team assigned to the project.
Technical Skills:
- Understanding of Backend technologies like Laravel, Python, etc
- Familiarity with browser testing and debugging
- In-depth understanding of the entire web development process (design, development, and deployment)
