Content Writer Duties and Responsibilities

Content marketing initiatives to drive traffic.
Brainstorm with the SEO team for new ideas and strategies for effective content
Research markets and industries to create content that is innovative and original
Develop content on a wide variety of topics for multiple platforms (such as the website, articles, and social media)
Create eye-catching and innovative headlines
Collaborate with SEO team and designers
Edit, proofread, and improve content.
Optimize content considering SEO and Google Analytics
This role requires a brand publisher mindset: the create the content our audience is looking for and then optimize the path to conversion

Content Writer Requirements and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Sciences, English, journalism, communications, or a related field preferred.
1+ years of professional writing experience, especially with digital platforms.
Familiarity with keyword placement and SEO.
Portfolio of published work.
Excellent grammar and writing skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Docs.
Proven ability to quickly learn and understand complex topics
Previous experience writing documentation and procedural materials for multiple audiences
Superior written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail
Experience working with engineering to improve the user experience: design, UI, and help refine content and create visuals and diagrams for technical support content
