Develop corporate plans for a variety of HR Matters such as Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Health & safety, annual Budget etc.
Act to support the human factor in the company by devising strategies for performance management evaluation, staffing, training and development etc.
Consult and coach department leaders and managers, supporting the business vision and mission and overall objective.
Work collaboratively cross-team and across all department to ensure consistency and creates efficiency.
Oversee all HR initiatives, System and tactics.
Monitor strategies for Grievance handling, disciplinary actions, change Management & transformation approaches, HR digitalization, legal compliance etc.
Anticipate and resolve litigations risks.
Attend and contribute to team and company meetings to stay up to date on relevant information.
Accomplishes special projects results by identifying and clarifying issues and priorities communicating and coordinating requirement expediting fulfillment evaluating milestone accomplishments, evaluating optional courses of action, changing assumptions and directions.
Enhances department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests, exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
Review systems and processes and make modification to address issues.
Any other duties assigned on time to time.
