We seek an enthusiastic, energetic self-starter for the position of Business Administration. Candidates will develop broad skills to support personal growth and organizational success.

You must be flexible and excited about working in a fast paced, high performance company; The overall focus of the position is to assure the needs of the team are met. Close attention to detail along with the ability to prioritize, multi-task and flourish in a fast-paced environment is a necessity.

Role Description *

  • To ensure smooth operations related to matters with all the administrative tasks
  • Interact and interface with customers via emails
  • Individual will handle day to day customer issues, provide solutions, and escalate as necessary
  • Analysis of complex issues, provide detailed problem descriptions and coordinating with development
  • Focus on improving customer satisfaction
  • Work with team leads to adhere and improve support processes
  • Provide additional, valued added services to our customers
  • Work with various team members to resolve the issue reported
  • Other duties and projects as assigned
  • Developing, reviewing, and improving administrative systems, policies, and procedures.
