The ERP company is looking for a highly motivated and energetic Team leader to set up and lead an in-house I.T Department primarily responsible for active Software/System development, system integration and in the long term ERP design & roll out. The successful candidate should be able to build and lead a 5-9 member team of qualified developers and IT professionals to develop, execute and manage group wide software and IT systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Provides professional development to a team of technical developers

  • Plans and directs day-to-day technical team activities (including but not limited to development, application fixes / upgrades / enhancements).

  • Designs and implements technical components surrounding technical architecture, maintenance, operational support, technologies, and its integration to other 3rd party systems.

  • Works in partnership with the Financial and HCM Team Leads, and other key business stakeholders to manage technical projects including updates, upgrades, architecture planning, and other technical projects.

  • Leads development and recommendation of information technology strategy and technology deployment

  • Leads and coordinates analysis, troubleshoots complex technical problems and formulating options to address solution issues.

 

Skills criteria:

  • At least Four (4) to eight (8) years of full-time experience in leading technical teams, managing and coordinating project deliverables, including development experience with relational database environments, Financials or HCM applications, or similar ERP application.

  • Strong development experience with .NET, C#, ASP.NET, MVC, AngularJS, Angular 2+, Entity Framework, .NET Core.

  • Should be able to translate business development document.

  • Should know Visual studio and SQL Server management studio like the band-of-the-hand.

  • Experience in designing and developing web-based applications.

  • Hands on experience with SQL Server, Database Design, Stored Procedures, Triggers, Indexing and Profiler.

  • Sound working knowledge of T-SQL. Able to write efficient and optimized queries.

  • Excellent knowledge of design Patterns, Object Oriented Programming, and Architecture Design

  • Hands-on experience in writing unit tests.

  • Need to have solid experience with TFS for proper source code management.
