HR Executive

We immediately require a female candidate for the position of “HR Executive” with 0- 6 month+ experience in HR department. This position will be responsible for providing overall administrative support to the Senior HR Manager in day to day HR operations. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to carry out following responsibilities;

Responsibilities:

· Maintain employee attendance; leave record, personnel files and database as per policy.

· Able to handle the recruitment process, placing job advertisements on different job portal, conduct the initial prescreening and schedule the interviews of candidates with higher management.

· Assist in hiring process; preparing & maintaining offer, contract letters, payroll and termination.

· Assist in annual appraisals, employee’s grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures if required.

· Perform other related duties as required and assigned.

Skills Required:

· Must have experience in IT Recruitment.

· Good command on MS Office Word, Excel and Visio.

· Excellent written & verbal communication, interpersonal and time management skills.
