- Developing new EDP’s, Proposals & selecting the locations, Budgets & amp; Execution.
- Responsible for overseeing the daily and long-term operations of the company's stores across a geographic region. As a Retail Sales Manager, you will often be responsible for setting and adjusting sales goals based on deep knowledge of individual store selling patterns. Additionally, he will be responsible for overseeing the training of managers, and executives in the region she/he is responsible for.
- Shortlisting of vendors.
- Shortlisting of the Sales team.
- Retail Operations proceedings along with a relevant adjustment in targets as of when required.
- Business Plan for the region.
- Evaluation of Sales.
- Presentation to Higher Management.
- Proposal of ‘Retail / Consumer Schemes’ for approval & execution.
- Forecasting.
- Manage Corporate Sales activities
- Responsibility of Sales & Payment Collection.
- Take care of all Showroom Management.
- Planning to expand Retail, Online, Corporate, and E-Commerce businesses.
- Preparation of Quotation, Co-ordination with Account department for order and Invoice execution.
- Control on Stock, re-ordering, checking of available stock in warehouse LHR Region.
- Follow up & Collection of payments from corporate clients.
