- Install, Configure, Commission, Maintain, Troubleshoot and Optimize following IP Network;
- Huawei based LAN and WLAN Campus Networks
- Huawei based WAN and Security
- Should also have good understanding of Huawei based IP Surveillance, IVS and Storage system.
- Develop resolutions to complex technical problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of various factors.
- Collaborate with internal teams, Huawei TAC, Customer as team lead and deliver the service in time efficiently.
- Should be able to evaluate customer technical concerns before, during and after deployment and address in time.
- Define, standardize, and document all installation/configuration processes and ensure they are followed consistently by his assigned team.
- Lead from front and should be enthusiastic and passionate in his job.
- Provide supervision and planning in the successful completion of the project.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure deadlines.
- Proven management skills with the ability to train, develop, coach, and motivate team members as team player.
- Team member in provide onsite technical expertise to resolve the support issue efficiently and effectively.
Qualifications
- BE/B.Sc. in Electrical/Electronic/Computer/IT Engineering or BS / MS in IT/CS with experience of 3 to 5 years at minimum
- CCIE / HCIE/ CCNP / HCNP certification is preferred
- Should have experience on the Huawei Wi-Fi, Routers, Switches, Firewalls, WLAN, IP Surveillance and IVS System.
- Should have strong documentation and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication and customer handling skills
