A fast growing international accounting firm is looking for an assistant accountant to join their account teams based in Lahore office. Duties are as follows:

Maintaining accurate and timely accounting records for companies.
Preparing books of accounts till trial balance level.
Assisting senior accountant/manager in finalizing the accounts and corporation tax returns
Assisting senior accountant/manager in managing UK payroll
Assisting senior accountant/manager in managing UK VAT Returns.
Other adhoc tasks as given by the chief accountant and director.

Requirements:

Part Qualified ACCA (candidates in professional stage exam), ACCA Affiliates or other similar accounting bodies.
1 to 3 years of experience in the similar role in an industry environment or accounting practice is a must.
Preference will be given to candidates having past experience of working on UK based clients in an accounting practice.
Attention to detail.
Working experience on XERO, VT would be an added advantage.
