We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist who will be responsible for Customer handling, solving customer query on relevant products/services, running email campaigns, generate leads and tasks assigned by management.
Job Responsibilities
- Successful candidates will be responsible for clients handling on CRM.
- Candidate will be responsible for design placement on the panel.
- Satisfy clients on their requirements on order placements.
- Follow up on potential clients via email or phone calls.
- Convert confirmed clients on CRM as well as on panel.
- Assign designs to designers as per customers' need.
- Write Promotional Emails and sending it on a special occasions.
- Prepare and analyze monthly reports of designs and orders on CRM.
- To record and maintain customer details on monthly basis.
- Ability to retain potential as well as loyal customers.
Job Requirement
- Candidate must have excellent English conversational skills.
- Candidate must have skills to perform multi-tasks.
- Candidate must have an experience of 1 /2 years in outbound customer handling.
- Preference will be given to male candidates.
