Respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner on various Social Media channels
Monitor, track and report on feedback and online reviews
Coordinate with Marketing, PR and Communications teams
Build relationships with customers, industry professionals and influencers
Engage within social media and other online groups/communities to boost brand awareness and increase sales
Attend networking events or relevant industry workshops

Requirements:

Excellent writing skills
Excellent interpersonal communication
Presentation skills
Command in MS Office
Good at handling tasks in a timely manner.

Minimum education:

Graduation in relevant Field
