Responsible for providing quality sales and customer support services through inbound and outbound calls, live chat and emails on the basis of provided guidelines.
Providing quality (B2B) sales and after sales support /services through live and Non-live mediums.
Monitoring market trends and developing long term relationships with key clients, attending client meetings with individual members of the sales team, providing feedback and closing critical sales deals.
Resolving customer disputes, maintaining excellent client relationships.
Prioritizing sales activities and client contact schedule to optimize sales initiatives and achieve stated business objectives.
Maximizing sales opportunities across existing client.
Handling offshore client queries via phone call/email/ticketing system and live chat.
Keeping track of orders and monitoring of design projects.
Finding upgrades/up sell opportunities Keeping record of all deliveries and ensuring that project deliverable are sent to client on time.
Payment verification's and billing related concerns.
Responsible for achieving targets.
