Managing Calls, floating emails, circulars, internal memo on the behalf of Director.
- Responsible for time management and scheduling the meeting of Director local & international.
- Coordination with Pakistan Retail Business Council, Lahore Chamber & Overseas Chamber, Pakistan Footwear Manufacturing Association, FBR & other government officials on needed base.
- Working as a liasion officer to schedule the meetings of internal & external clients with Director.
- Daily interaction with high level clients and executives, handle special requests as needed.
- Maintaining customers & clients log in my system.
- Managing a busy diary, including meeting arrangements, international travel.
- Ensure quality of documentations as per the guidelines requiring Director.
- Arranging events and business lunches.
- Managing the filing system of highly confidential documents.
- Maintain office area appearance tidy and organized at all time.
- Document controlling of Director & official team.
Dairy Management.
- Plans, organizes, sets up and attends meetings, researches, collects and prepares background information or materials when requrired.
- May be required to schedule sensitive and confidential appointments in condition that require the utmost discretion.
- Working as the key people who look after all the international traveling & domestic as well.
- Ticket issuances.
- Visa processing.
- Hotel accommodation if need in liasion with the official partner companies around the globe.
- Travel agents agreements & invoices with vendors.
- Process the invoices of travel and hotel accommodation with the accounts department.
