We are looking for a highly motivated individual, passionate about chatbots and conversational AI solutions, who enjoy working with high-end technologies, chatbots will interact through mobile & web interface and support in reducing workload for sales & support team for simple recurring issues.
- The person will be responsible for implementing natural language processing and AI / Machine learning components, as well as integrating available open source components and APIs into the system
- Primary responsibilities will include implementing the system following directions from the architect and the AI scientific team, testing and validating performance, and supporting modifications as needed.
- Development of tools for training AI and ML algorithms will also be a part of the responsibility of this individual.
- Hands-on experience involving the latest technology stack like Design using microservices, RESTful API, Web Socket, JSON, XML, SQL, NoSQL, Web API, Should have a clear understanding of applying OOPs concepts, design principles and multitier scalable architecture, performance parameters, caching, clustering, App server, Tokenbased Authentication Contribute to presales activity for solution design, estimation and defending the solution architecture Have worked in Agile environment, understands Scrum principles and development lifecycle including design, development, unit testing, coding standards, build automation Well versed with the large scale development projects, AWS cloud technology, NLP and cognitive services, Docker Container Excellent written and oral communication skills to work with the engineering team to understand the existing bot framework, architecture, design principles and use it for future development Understand the social media messaging platforms like Facebook, WhatsApp for integration with other systems.
