Prepare tender documents

Handling Inquiries related to quotations and follow with client

Maintaining accurate records of sales

Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.

Organizing sales sheets

Prepare meetings points and maintain sheet for weekly meeting report

Giving feedback on sales trends

Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements
Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information
Recording orders and sending details to the sales office
Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and sales meetings
Prepare sheet for all purchase orders and coordinate with finance regarding payments and delivery status
Must have a bike
