- Provide support to Branches
- Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve system and network issues.
- Provide prompt and accurate response time to branches/Call Center and Dominos HO.
- Daily follow up with branches/Call center to ensure their IT systems are fully functional.
- Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals.
- Maintain jovial relationships with branches/call center and Dominos HO staff.
- Installation/ troubleshooting of windows/MAC OS.
