We are looking for a driven and experienced 𝗥𝗲𝗮𝗹 𝗘𝘀𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗘𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 to join our growing team.
In this position, you will be provided with the generated leads through direct marketing, social media, and other advertising techniques.
You will be required to closed the interested clients via calls, emails and direct meeting.
Also from the company, the sales agent will be awarded with the market competitive commission on each closed deal.

𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

Develop a competitive market price by comparing properties.
Create lists for real estate sale properties, with information location, features, square footage, etc.
Show properties to potential buyers
Review purchase contracts to ensure terms are met.
Promote properties with ads, listings, and open houses.
Maintain your real estate skills and knowledge.

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:

Must have worked in real estate sales, call center, or any other sales-related experience.
Must be in good standing with local Realtor.
Experience with sales.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of the local property.
