Job Description:

Administrating Payroll
General Ledger Operations
Monthly closings and preparation of monthly financial statement
Account/Bank reconciliation
Reconcile and maintain balance sheet accounts
Must be able to create a balance sheet and income statement on a monthly basis from bank statement, credit cards statement, loan documents and payroll reports
Prepare tax computation
Prepare and file tax returns
Administer account receivable and account payable
Resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities
Collection emails and calls to clients
Maintain record of Invoices, Quotation & P. Orders
Must be proficient in processing invoices (incoming & verifying PO's ), Income tax file, Sales Tax file handling.
Must have Motorcycle to travel and visit Tax or any other legal Departments.

Education and Skills:

Accounting degree (MBA or equivalent)

Must have minimum 3 years of experience in respective field
Should be familiar with Sind Revenue Board Taxes on Services
Knowledge of accepted accounting practices and principles
Knowledge of auditing practices and principles
Knowledge of principle law, codes and regulation
Knowledge of experience of relevant accounting software and web based applications
Must possess strong practical knowledge of quickbooks
Must have good command of accounting principles
Good communication and presentation skills.
Good written and spoken English
