What we are looking for is a Sr. Recruiter with the capabilities to handle recruiting over the phone. Here are the major requirements for the Sr. Recruiter:

  • The candidate should have cold calling experience.
  • Candidate should have previous experience in a headhunting role ideally in the HR industry.
  • Must have excellent communication skills and have the ability to convince the potential candidates over the phone.
  • Must be IT savvy.
  • The candidate should have a social media presence (not compulsory).
  • Familiarity with Excel, MS Word (ideally a candidate should type all the conversation word to word). Preferred education level is Bachelors.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Must be able to work from 6pm to 2am Pakistan time.
  • Ideal candidate should have sales experience.
  • Must be able to work independently.
  • Must be familiar with ATS systems and HR databases.
  • Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency based, stress etc.
  • Promote company’s reputation as “Best place to work”
