Qualification:

B.Sc. in Civil Engineering with at least 10 years of experience. M.Sc. degree is preferable. The candidate must have at least 7 years of development experience in power utility sites including design of civil foundations, slabs, structures used in the HV substations and structural design of components for substations. The candidate must have experience with substation works and structural building design.
The candidate is expected to deliver capacity building training for in-class and on the job training in DABS premises in Kabul city of Afghanistan. The training will be carried out on a daily basis in several batches for a specific number of trainees. The candidate is expected to train the new engineers using practical approaches and complementary theoretical material when needed. The training is designed as full-day classes.
Some necessary software skills are STAAD Pro, STAAD Foundation, SAP, Primavera P6 and ETABS
It's a 3 months contractual job.
