We are extending services in 20 CT Scan Centers within Punjab for well being of needy patients under Private Partnership Agreement with Govt. of the Punjab, thus looking experienced technical official being a Project Manager (CT Scan).

The Project Manager will work closely with the Company’s Management in all possible ways for smooth running of all CT scan centers.

Duties & Responsibilities

· Looking after the overall operations of the project including day to day supervision of all CT Scan Centers

· Hiring, firing, training and shuffling of employees with consent of Manager HR

· Checking and vetting of all the invoices being forwarded to government

· Carrying out and supervising monthly audit of all the centers

· Supervising and examining the overall billing procedure to make sure there is not any mistake in billing and invoicing

· Attend & respond Govt. Officials meetings under guidelines of Management

· Conducting capacity building training of CT Scan center staff whenever required

· Maintaining regular liaison with respected doctors

· Monthly meeting regarding latest development of software being used in CT scan centers

· Dispute resolution within employees of all centers and managing the harmony among employees

· Making sure the operations in every center are running smoothly

· Delegate project tasks based on other staff members' individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels

· Daily CCTV surveillance of CT Scan centers by prompt direction if any un-wanted activities are observed

· Maintaining safe, clean & healthy working environment by complying with SOPs, procedures, rules, and regulations within the centers as per international standards

· Any other task(s) assigned by Company’s Management

REQUIREMENT: 5-10 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE PREFERABLY IN MEDICAL FIELD/ ORGANIZATION
