Ebdaa Developments LLC Dubai is looking to recruit new sales consultants for our brand new office.
Ebdaa Developments LLC Dubai has over 10 years of experience in Dubai/UAE market, we have been here in the good times along with the bad and have always managed to strive and succeed.

We are currently undergoing a huge expansion plan and as such are looking for highly qualified, skilled and professional individuals who will become the core foundation of our company growth.

You will be provided with continual round the clock support from our existing staff and managers to ensure that you have all the tools and guidance at your disposal to fulfill your maximum potential.
Your role as a Property Consultant is to actively source new business and to develop and maintain existing clients.
The main function of your role is to be an active property consultant and you will be required to source properties, buyers and investors to assess and to commit them to sales transactions.
Everything we practice is in line with the rules and regulations of RERA, the governing body of real estate in Dubai/UAE.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms.
Determine client’s needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them
Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing
Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties value Prepare necessary paperwork.
Promote sales through advertisements, open houses and listing services
Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices
