- Candidate must have strong english communication skill both written and verbal with proper command over use of english tenses.
- Understanding customer concern by timely replying to customer queries by asking questions, listening carefully and showing empathy.
- Communicate with Team Lead and Account Manager for reasonable answering of customer queries.
- invenstigating problems by trying to figuring out what went wrong, how problems might be fixed and how to keep them from happening again.
- Skill to tackle customer anger and respond to customer behaviour politely.
