- A continuous research of the market trends and VAS services launched by the competitors and client.

- Recommends the nature and scope of present and future products by reviewing product requirements; appraising new product ideas.

- Responsible for product development, translating ideas into live services.

- Responsible for product health management and service revenue enhancement.

- Responsible for planning and proposing new VAS services.

- Responsible for Operator Management and co-ordination with cross functional POCs.

- Responsible for reporting of assigned VAS services

- Modify existing services to meet industry requirements.

- Grow company revenues by developing new products.

- Help maintain service content quality.

- Be able to deliver under strict timelines and pressure.

- Proposals, Presentations and Documentation for the services.

- Maintaining documentation for current services

- Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports

- Perform statistical analysis of business data.
