• Handling student counseling and recruitment related activities in timely manner and ensuring the confidentiality and precision of admissions related data and information.
  • Educate prospective students on the benefits of Institute high-quality academic programs offered, their eligibility and convenient location.
  • Helping and guiding students about admission process, e.g. fee structure, interview(s), selection criteria and eligibility of admission.
  • Proactively respond to all new student inquiries (telephone, email, in person, via the website) providing advice when necessary to prospective students and parents.
  • Follow-up with students for any inquires through direct meetings, live chat, phone calls and emails to provide ongoing encouragement, counseling and support.
  • Provide clarifications to student’s queries in a professional manner.
  • To ensure all inquirers are sent the relevant marketing materials and updated information 
  • Ensuring that all admission procedures are followed in accordance with established policies;
  • Maintain a database of student information, telephone logs and student feedbacks in order to generate student reports for management whenever required.
  • Provide support to the Senior Admission Counselor when needed.
  • Any other task assigned.
