1. Prepare documents for Pre-Audit process.
2. Acknowledge & forward GRN on excel sheet
3. Maintain file recors and filing of documents
4. To update suppliers regarding their payments
5. To maintain respectful, honest, courteousrelationships with all vendors/parties
6. Sourcing new vendors
7. Market visits for the purpose of buying and New Vendor Evaluation
8. Ensure supply of materials/products according t oSales requirements and allied deapartment
9. Any other task assigned by Supply Chain Manager
