This job exists to ensure group claim requests are appropriately processed and settled in a timely manner, in consultation with senior management.
To request requirements for further processing of the claim as per Company policies and practices.
To assess the claim documents on medical grounds and prepare claim note for discussion with Medical Director, which includes, but is not limited to; assessing FIR, Court case file and/or Newspaper columns.
To re-underwrite repudiated cases, as per claimants request, and forward to the committee for final decision.
To prepare the case of Agency Reinstatement after receiving the written request / explanation from the sales consultant, in event of non-disclosure cases.
To attend and resolve stakeholder queries and concerns on related matters through letters, emails, phone calls and/or meetings.
