• Provide assistance to the department Head and all the Technical team members in variety of tasks on daily basis including copy edits, presentations, data formation and daily reports.
  • Raise Purchase Requisitions falls under Technical Budget including procurement of Construction Materials (Technical Procurement) and other costs (Non-Technical Procurement).
  • Preparation & Execution of Technical memos & Technical Transmittals within the organization between departments.
  • Preparation & Execution of all Tender Authentication Forms, Variation Orders & ERI’s.
  • Responsible for the preparation of all Minutes of Meeting for Technical department meetings.
  • Attending all Progress Review meetings with Contractors on weekly basis at site and review and redraft the Minutes of Meetings shared by the Consultant.
  • Managing schedules and timelines of project and management/archiving of all the project related data. Archiving & Compilation of all the Technical data including Progress Reports, Planning Documents, Technical Evaluations, Primavera Dashboards, Approved IFC's
  • Organizing and summarizing all the Technical Progress in a report form.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports, Organizing, attending and participating in required meetings, maintain schedule on Primavera.
  • Provide support in Annexure-2 compilation for all types of villas for CRM/customer copy. Compilation of design data in understandable form. Management of Technical Drawings.
  • Preparation of all outgoing letters for authorities’ approvals (RDA, NHA, SNGPL, IESCO) and compilation of supporting materials/drawings/submissions.
  • Responsible for all internal & external communication/coordination on behalf of technical department.

Undertake any task assigned by the Head of Department and Senior Managers.
