- Responsible to maintain the accuracy and functionality of CRM database.
- Monitor relationship with existing customers through CRM system.
- Development and implement client engagement techniques that will retain existing customers.
- Responsible for generation and execution of sales and purchase agreement from all parties.
- Responsible for handing over SPA to customer and documents control department.
- Responsible for scanning all the SPAs to maintain record.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing to identify customer support and technical problems and resolve them.
- Assist in collection of installment payment.
- Creating memos for approval of management.
- Reconciliation of payment with Finance department.
- Responsible for addressing client queries.
- Create different policies and procedures for CRM implemented.
