· Providing support to GM

· Plan, coordinate, schedule internal/external meetings and conference calls

· Dealing with telephone enquiries, managing clients/members requests

· Diary management, travel planning, expenses, maintenance of calendars and contact lists, photocopying,

· Preparing presentation slides and materials for internal/external meetings and seminars

· Responsible for the board room & its bookings/usage.

· Liaise with finance on all payments for the General Manager

· Filling documents and organizing information

· Meetings & Minutes of the Board and Committees

· Liaising with Assistants Managers and their teams

· Coordinating annual leave/holiday records
