1. Provide guidance and assist buyers in purchasing property under the best terms
  2. Determine clients’ needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them
  3. Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing
  4. Perform comparative market analysis
  5. Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, reservation forms, proposals etc)
  6. Develop network of clients and real estate agents
  7. Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices
  8. Attend weekly sales meeting and training session provided by the company.
  9. Establish / develop and maintain client database including regular contact with all clients.
  10. Responsible for doing research on the real estate market to be updated about the current trends and new real estate options.
  11. Responsible for maintaining records and reports of the properties suggested and sold to clients for future reference.
  12. Act as an intermediary in negotiations between organization and clients.
  13. Coordinate property closings, overseeing signing of documents and receipt of funds/payments.
  14. Answer clients' questions regarding construction work, financing & maintenance charges,
  15. Leads management
  16. Liaison with other departments for getting the job done
  17. Arranging of site visits for clients
  18. Sales Pipeline Management.
  19. Forecasting of Sales/closings.
  20. Monthly Team / Individual Sales Growth.

  22. Manage conversion rate of Leads to Meetings.
  23. Manage Response time to the Leads assigned.
  24. Conversion of leads to closings (Meetings to Closing rate).
  25. Lead Sourcing through personal channels
  26. New Leads Generation through existing clients
  27. Leads Follow up management.
  28. Manage Daily Calls / Meetings - 5 plus 5.
  29. Manage Timely update of the ERP Leads.
  30. Timely Reports Generation.
