- Assist Sales Operation with sales ERP booking, REC management database, reporting and liaise with CSS department to expedite indirect commission.
- Creating memo for approval of management.
- Raise PR/PO for CRM/Sales for, Travel, Fuel, Hotel, Per Diems and Air fare.
- Assist in generation & execution of sales & purchase agreement from all parties.
- Responsible for scanning all the Memos/SPAs to maintain record.
- Maintain records of giveaways for the clients.
- Assist Sales with administrative tasks such as arranging site visits for clients, preparing collaterals (& dispatching to regional offices) and sales kits, follow up with admin and IT to provide laptop and sims to new joiners. Provide business card.
- Follow up with finance on sales reimbursement.
- Update on organizational structure -Sales and circulate between relevant departments.
- Maintain sales forecasting pipelines in line with target VS achievements reporting and delivering to senior management.
- Keep track of all shared deals reporting.
- Send installment letters to client via email.
