Be responsible for selling the company’s products and solutions - generating, identifying and developing new clients in the construction and real estate development sectors.
Be responsible for achieving targets and objectives through optimal management of skills and resources
Prepare quotations, proposals, invoices and relevant documents in liaison with operations and taxation departments.
To plan, schedule and execute daily visits to potential clients & markets and where needed involve and arrange technical and/or higher management business meetings with prospective clients.
Develop and approach leads through tenders posted on PPRA website, referrals, and/or use cold marketing methods to approach consultants, local builders, Construction Projects and other prospects.
Respond to incoming tender opportunities and as necessary have the technical teams conduct completing site surveys for estimation and preparation of the proposal document.
Assess and report market potential of existing as well as new accounts.
Log, plan and schedule all meetings, visits and activities on CRM.
Weekly report on pipeline.
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Manage client relationships through all phases of the sales process.
Provide feedback on product performance, competition, products, marketing practices and customer satisfaction.
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/Public Administration.
Must be a self-starter.
Must possess a proven success record as a team leader in the sales department.
Effective presentation skills along with strong verbal and written communication and the ability to state issues in a concise, solution driven manner.
Well-versed or willing to excel in the technology, equipment and methods related to extra low voltage systems.
A background in dealing with any of the following sectors; Commercial Construction, Infrastructure, Industrial, Defense or Government.
Ability to self-motivate and multi-task and work independently or within a team
