Elite Custom Boxes requires female packaging expert for its USA camapaign . The CSR would be performing the duties mentioned below

CSR will be receiving calls from Clients
Answer Client's questions, as well as question Client to obtain full understanding of what information is being requested.
Provide quality customer service on every call.
Communicate clearly and effectively with Client's
Routing the calls to concerned departments if needed.
Organize and prioritizes duties
CSR will be responsible to solve customer queries on Live Chat Support
CSR will handle customer queries via emails
Only those candidates apply who are willing to work in night shift
Minimum one year experience is required in client services
This is a night shift job five days a week (Monday-Friday)
Its not a typical call center job, its career progressive job
Attractive commission structure apart from the basic salary.
