Position: HR & Admin Executive
Qualifications: MBA or BBA in HR from a reputed University
Experience: 3-4 years of HR & Admin work experience in a large organization. Reponsibilities will include:
- Recruitment and Selection
- Issuance of offer and appointment letters
- Completing documentation of newly hired employees
- Updating documents and personal files
- Attendance and leave record
- Salary preparation
- Preparation of deduction sheets
- EOBI and PESSI payments
