We need a experienced office administrator. He will take on administrative duties to make sure the rest of the team has all they need to work effectively.

  • Organize office operations and activities to ensure effectiveness and adherence to corporate policies.
  • To ensure performance, manage the administrative employees and assign them different tasks which includes.
  • Manage the agendas, travel plans, appointments, etc.
  • Organize communications by phone and email (e-mail, letters, packages, etc.)
  • Supporting accounting and budgeting processes.
  • Create and maintain records and databases with information about people, travel expenses, and other things.
  • Keep track of office supply inventories and place orders as needed.
  • Prepare presentations and proposals as needed and submit reports on time.
  • help coworkers when necessary.
  • Proven background in a relevant position, such as an office manager or assistant.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent leadership and planning abilities.
  • knowledge of office administration processes and fundamental accounting concepts.
  • Knowledge of secretarial studies will be advantageous.
