Communicate in English Fluently
Manage inbound/outbound phone calls in a timely manner,
Respond to customers professionally to provide information about products and services or take details of complaints.
Call customers to collect information if any information is missing
Handling email queries of the customers
Make feedback calls after order delivery.
Keep records of customer interactions and transactions.
Book Customer's order and keep track new orders.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Strong knowledge of social media queries handling
Multi-tasking abilities
Set standards, systems, and best practices for new product listings, content creation, distribution, and maintenance.
