Web & content research
Transcription & Formatting
Documentation

Reporting
The responsibilities are:
Searching specific information on Google or other search engines (web research)
Searching for specific information in user manuals and other documents
Moving all the data into a software (training will be provided)
Transcription from image to word
Document whatever is instructed
Format as per the instructed standards
Write content as per the needs of the organization
Job Specifications:
Excellent command over English language
Excellent grammar and written communication
Understanding of research methodologies and strong analytical skills
Should be willing to work on rotational shifts
Should be proficient at MS Office Suite
Fast Typing skill is a plus
