Job Responsibilities·        

Business Development:-         

To generate potential business leads;-         

To identify potential clients interested in investments in commodities & currencies;-         

Meet the annual, quarterly, monthly targets; Personal & Team both given by the competent authority 

Sales

-          Provide monthly targets to the team leads to further distribute in teams to achieve the annual target.

-          Review and submission of Sales performance report on daily & weekly basis

-          Supervision to ensure that annual, quarterly, monthly & daily volume targets are being met

.·       Team Management-         

Ensure the highest level of discipline, attendance punctualityAnd ethical behavior among team members.-         

Responsible to sort any professional and/or personal issues within team members.·         

Training & Development:-         

Responsible to groom his team professionally through internal technical training sessions with support from HRD-         

Ensure to develop ownership through motivation, guidance, creating confidence, building morale, building effective work environment by conducting weekly/fortnightly counseling sessions with team members.
