Managing daily cash balances.
Making sure that cash flows are adequate to allow business units to operate effectively.
Coordinating with other senior members to make budgets and track profit/loss.
Must be able to handle Accounting and reporting of financial transactions.
Handling of product accounting, fixed assets, inventory reporting, handling of banking transactions, receivables and payables management and taxation.
Conduct thorough financial analysis to provide insight on future business needs.
Handle the sale reports in excel.
Arranging financial audits and reviews as required.
Process the expense reports.
Review, prioritize and work in a way that all important communications receive a prompt response.
Assist with the development and integration of financial processes and controls.
Assist in the yearly budget analysis and provides variance analysis if necessary.
Ensure that the finance processes are as efficient as possible while looking to make improvements where possible.
