- Assist in Maintenance of the IT Assets/inventory register
- Preparing retired or non-working asset lists
- Supporting in dealing with IT issues in field and head office
- Preparing and updating IT records and filing
- Filing, documentation, printing and scanning
- Any other task assigned by the ICT Officer
- Providing help and support in on-going ICT activities in HO, field Offices or staff house
- Support and maintenance of IP cameras, Ups and Printers
- Assist in Re-Organizing the assets register
- Assist in Maintenance of the Assets register
- Assist in marking of the assets which remained un-marked or having duplicate entries in the asset register.
- Assist in finalizing the list of the Not working/Retired assets
- Assist in the finalizing the lists for the items which are to be to be Disposed-Off
- Any other task assigned by the AAO
