Require Realestate sales executive for ever-increasing demand of Real estate in Rawalpindi and Islamabad.
- The person should have experience in cold calling and developing leads
- Having good knowledge about the real estate market.
- should be able to converse well with clients
- analytical and research skills
- should be able to manage client relationship - giving regular feedback, reports and market status
- should be able to deal with allocated clients/potential buyers from initial contact till completion and post-completion of sales deals
- should have excellent negotiation skills
- should stay up to date on everything related to real estate, attend training and expand knowledge
