We are looking for a female Customer Service Representative Managing incoming calls, chats and emails

Generating sales inquiries through calls, chats and emails
Making sure every inquiry is catered properly; working in supervision of sales manager and project manager to convert these inquiries into sales
Assessing customers needs and coordinating with estimation team to make sure customer receives price quotation in time Periodic follow-ups to convert inquiries into sales
Proficient with MS Office particularly MS Excel (Spreadsheet)
Possess Knowledge of Call Center Operations
Excellent communication skills.
Good content writer
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the company guidelines and production capabilities
Keep records of customer inquiries, interactions, special requests, artwork and other files
Coordinating with design team to make artwork changes requested by customer
Coordinating with shipping team to make sure customer receives his/her order on time CSR
should be fluent in English and Urdu as well
Monthly Bonus is directly based on your performance.
