Finance Officer

1. Daily monitoring of cash deposits by points and follow-up on emails by regional managers/Coordinators of respective regions. Preparation of sales summary receipts of collection points on daily basis.

2. Receivables receipts record keeping and entry in aging sheet on daily basis.

3. Preparation of Franchise shares (Sharing) and liaising with franchise owners.

4. Franchisee agreement record keeping both in soft and hard.

5. Liaising with banks for Credit Card settlement reports or any other related query and its corresponding entries (BRVs) in Sidat Hyder.

6. Main Lab Petty Cash expenditures and daily reconciliation.

7. Reconcile dues with customers where required.

8. Helping Assistant Manager Finance in daily routine tasks.

Any other task assigned by the Assistant Managers, Manager Finance and/or CFO.
