HR Generalist / Technical Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

We’re looking for an HR Generalist/Technical Recruiter who can help us in two main areas

• Technical Recruitment

Maintaining a network with potential candidates from top tier universities
Manage end to end recruitment process i.e. talent hunting, phone screens, scheduling technical interviews with Team Leads, liaison with the candidates, offer process and onboarding.
Representing the company in recruitment drives conducted at different universities.
Managing hiring related posts on LinkedIn.

• People Management

Managing operational things related to people management example leaves record, addressing people concerns etc.

Desired Qualifications & Skills

2-4 years of experience as an HR Professional in Software Industry
Some familiarity with latest software technologies
Good written and oral communication
Proficient in MS Word, Excel & Power Point
Bachelor's degree in Business, BBIT, HR or similar domain
Preferably from LUMS, LSE, FAST Lahore, Kinnaird
